Case Description :
Our patient presented with severely damaged and missing teeth in the lower jaw, leading to significant functional and aesthetic concerns. After a detailed clinical examination and 3D imaging, the All-on-4 dental implant technique was determined to be the most suitable treatment option.
During the first visit, all remaining teeth in the lower jaw were extracted, and four dental implants were strategically placed using the All-on-4 protocol. In the same session, a temporary fixed prosthesis was prepared and delivered, allowing the patient to leave with a functional and aesthetic smile within 3 days.
The patient returned to their home country for the healing period. After approximately 4 months, they came back for the second phase of treatment. The temporary prosthesis was replaced with a permanent, zirconia-based fixed dental bridge, providing long-term durability and natural appearance.
The patient stayed for 3 days during the first visit and 6 days for the second visit. The treatment was completed successfully, and the patient expressed great satisfaction with the comfort, function, and aesthetics of their new smile.
