Our patient came to us with complete tooth loss in the upper jaw and was seeking a stable, long-term solution instead of removable dentures. After a comprehensive clinical evaluation and 3D imaging, the All-on-6 treatment concept was selected as the most suitable option.
On the first day, the patient underwent minor pre-surgical procedures and had six dental implants placed strategically in the upper jaw to maximize bone support. A temporary fixed prosthesis was also prepared and delivered within 3 days, allowing the patient to return home with a functional and aesthetic smile.
After a healing period of 4 months, the patient returned for the final stage of treatment. The temporary prosthesis was replaced with a permanent zirconia-based fixed bridge, providing exceptional durability, comfort, and natural aesthetics.
The patient stayed 3 days during the first visit and 6 days during the second visit, with all steps completed smoothly. The result was a fully restored, confident smile — and a very happy patient.
